On January 30, 1995, a new oven was lit in Panorama, offering a wide variety of bakery and pastry products. Our passion and love for our work, the assurance of expertise, and innovation in production and product selection, changed the status quo in the bakery industry in Panorama and beyond. With our main focus on selecting excellent raw materials, applying selected recipes from Greek tradition, and simultaneously evolving to meet the new demands of baking, for 30 years, we have been able to honor the people who trust us and respond to their own quests and choices. Brining was a life habit closely associated with all ancient civilizations. Known in the production process to the Egyptians , since 4,000 BC, since the tombs of the pharaohs have been found to have frescoes of bakeries. Then the ancient Greeks, the inhabitants of the Middle East and the Romans invented new and better methods of baking. So over the centuries, the process has been constantly improved as new forms of production have come to the fore. To arrive at the present day where bread is an art. Bread does not only mean salt and water. It is a production and a life's work. And we, the people of AlbusBakery, know well and respect even more this simple and complex food called bread.
With a lot of love, dedication, and responsibility, we take care to provide delicious and ever-changing breakfast options. Starting with the traditional Thessaloniki koulouri made with our secret recipe, and all handmade dough products in many unique variations, featuring choices like kourou and village-style pastries, we love to spoil our customers. With products from Greek and international bakery gastronomy, we make sure to offer warm homemade perek, well-made blini, traditional peinirli, and other sophisticated as well as classic treats all day long, giving you the chance to taste more than just a snack.
For us, pastry works like a "diary", it is more or less tied to the everyday life of the people who trust us. Throughout the year we make sure to offer cookies of all kinds, enviable cakes in a wide variety, paste flora for coffee, but at every special moment of the year we make sure to make the moments even more special with our sweets .
